Direct Mail has a huge reach, but how do we bring it to life and get people talking without using boring facts and figures? We stick a panda on a jet ski, feature a Godzilla sized fluffy kitten, a fire breathing lion the spiciest chilli ever, of course. Then, roll it out on YouTube, social, brand identity and of course DM. Who would have thought CRM could be so exciting?
